 1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Worship Konnect (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Platform Description

Worship Konnect is a directory platform connecting users with religious institutions worldwide. We do not endorse or verify doctrinal beliefs, safety, or operations of listed organizations.

3. Paid Subscription Tiers

Worship Konnect offers three paid tiers for religious institutions:
- Tier 1 – Basic Listing (Paid)
- Tier 2 – Enhanced Profile
- Tier 3 – Full Engagement
 

All tiers require payment and provide increasing levels of visibility and engagement tools.

4. Billing & Auto-Renewal (Apple & Google Compliant)

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You may manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Pricing is displayed before purchase and may change with notice.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by Apple App Store or Google Play policies. Worship Konnect does not directly issue refunds for in-app purchases.

6. User Responsibilities

Users and Worship Centers must provide accurate information and may not upload unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or infringing content. We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion.

7. Account Deletion

Users may delete their account within the App or by emailing support. Data will be deleted in accordance with applicable laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided 'as is.' Worship Konnect LLC is not liable for disputes, doctrinal disagreements, attendance outcomes, or third-party actions. Liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 12 months.

9. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

All disputes shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in the State of Michigan under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to jury trial or participation in class-action lawsuits.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.

11. Intellectual Property

All content; software, trademarks, logos, and materials associated with Worship Konnect are the exclusive property of Worship Konnect LLC. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or engage in fraudulent or harmful conduct.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of listings, or availability of religious institutions.

14. Indemnification

Users and Worship Centers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Worship Konnect LLC from claims, damages, liabilities, and legal fees arising from their use of the App or submitted content.
